The countdown to the Chinnor Beer Festival continues, and we’re getting ever closer to Saturday 29th August! As a reminder, the event is taking place on Whites Field, next to Mill Lane Primary School between 12pm and 7pm. We hope to see you there for our 17th annual beer festival.

As the excitement builds, there are two things we still need to make this fantastic community event a success: volunteers and sponsors.

Our volunteers are absolutely vital. From helping to set up and prepare the festival, to supporting us during the event and helping with the clear-up afterwards, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Whether you can spare a few hours or would like to be part of the team throughout the day, we would love to hear from you. No special experience is needed – just a willingness to get stuck in and help your community!

We are also still looking for local businesses and organisations to sponsor the festival. Sponsoring the event is a brilliant way to support Chinnor while getting your business in front of the local community. Most importantly, your support helps us raise more money for grants for young people and youth organisations in the village. We have two main sponsorship packages (Sponsor a beer for £120 or sponsor a cider for £80).

This isn't just a beer festival – it's a community event, for the community. Every volunteer, sponsor and visitor helps us make a bigger difference. On the day, you can look forward to live music, brilliant beer, cool ciders, classic cocktails, fantastic food vendors and more!

If you would like to volunteer, become a sponsor, or simply find out more, the best way to contact the festival committee is to go to Facebook and search for “Chinnor Beer Festival”. Send the page a direct message and a member of the committee will get back to you as soon as possible.

So come along on Saturday 29th August, bring your friends and family, enjoy some great drinks and food, soak up the sunshine and help us make a difference to the young people of Chinnor. Thank you for your continued support.

We need you – and we can't wait to see you there!
