Come and join our Monday Yoga class in the lovely bright room with good ventilation of the Village Hall. There's plenty of parking also.
Classes are held between 10.30-12 noon and 1.15 -2.45 pm. Cost is £8 per class for a group of sessions or £10 per class to drop in. This is not a “bendy, stretchy” class. The approach aims to keep up general movement using yoga principles of breathing and non-harm - stop, go slower, do less when necessary. That requires quite a lot of self awareness - maybe the hardest thing.
Liz is British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher with 40 years experience in teaching generally. She is aware of how tricky it can be to start new classes and her aim is to cater for the individual - that’s why the classes are small. https://insideyoga.blog/
